PostRadar is a product operated on the CommandDeck platform. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through getpostradar.app, the authenticated dashboard, and related product flows.

The policy is written for how PostRadar works today, including authentication, X connection and OAuth, draft generation and storage, analytics retrieval, monitor rules, saved notifications, and browser or device install flows.

1. Information we collect

Account and authentication data

We collect information needed to create and secure your account, such as your email, login session data, authentication state, and basic account metadata.

Workspace and content data

We collect information you enter or generate in PostRadar, including niches, audience notes, goals, starter-pack selections, drafts, draft edits, hooks, hashtags, queue state, approval state, schedule choices, governance settings, and monitor-rule preferences.

Connected X data

When you authorize X, we collect and store the tokens, profile data, and connection metadata needed to maintain the integration, retrieve permitted analytics, and support publishing or account-linked product flows. We do not ask for or store your X password directly.

Signal, analytics, and operational data

We collect signal snapshots, ranking state, scan timing, artifact history, monitor evaluations, notification feed events, and product usage data needed to run the service and troubleshoot issues.

2. How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • authenticate you and maintain your session;
  • store and restore onboarding, pack, draft, and monitor state across sessions and devices;
  • generate drafts, suggestions, signal analysis, and publishing workflows;
  • retrieve or display analytics and connected-account details when available;
  • evaluate monitor rules and generate in-app or browser notification events;
  • maintain product security, prevent abuse, debug incidents, and improve reliability.

3. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate PostRadar, including hosting, database, storage, delivery, analytics, or notification services, but only as reasonably necessary to run the product.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce product rules, to protect security or prevent abuse, or as part of a business transfer involving the service.

4. X and connected account data

If you connect an X account, PostRadar uses that connection to support authorized workflows such as publishing, account state display, analytics retrieval, and monetization or governance-related views. The exact data available to PostRadar depends on the scopes you authorize and on X platform availability.

If you disconnect X or revoke access on the X side, some integration features will stop working. We may retain limited connection records or logs needed for security, auditability, and incident review.

5. Notifications and push

PostRadar can store notification state, unread/read events, monitor-rule alerts, install preferences, and browser push-subscription metadata so alerts survive later sessions. If you enable browser push, your browser or device may also process notification metadata needed to deliver those alerts.

Note: Browser push availability depends on browser support, device behavior, and configured notification keys. PostRadar may fall back to in-app alerts even when push is unavailable.

6. Storage, retention, and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide PostRadar, preserve your workspace state, maintain security, enforce our terms, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods can vary based on the kind of data, whether the data is tied to a connected platform, and whether a record is needed for audit or abuse prevention.

Drafts, artifacts, monitor rules, notification history, and connected-account records may remain stored after logout until deleted through product controls or operational deletion workflows.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information handled by PostRadar. No internet or software system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

You can choose to:

  • disconnect your X account or stop using connected features;
  • change monitor rules and notification preferences;
  • decline browser notification permissions or uninstall the PWA;
  • edit, archive, or delete drafts and related workspace content where those controls are available.

9. Children’s privacy

PostRadar is not designed for children and is not intended to be used by anyone under the age required to validly use the service under applicable law and relevant third-party platform rules.

10. Updates to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will post the revised version at this URL with an updated effective date.
