By accessing or using PostRadar, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use PostRadar on behalf of a company, creator team, or client, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

PostRadar is product-branded as PostRadar. The service runs on the CommandDeck platform and supporting infrastructure. References to “PostRadar,” “we,” “our,” or “us” in these Terms mean the PostRadar service operator.

1. The service

PostRadar helps users discover rising topics, review trend signals, generate and save drafts, create publishing workflows, connect an X account, review analytics, configure governance controls, and set monitor rules or notifications for signal changes.

PostRadar is designed as an operator console. It does not guarantee reach, monetization eligibility, engagement, or compliance outcomes. It gives you workflow tools and intelligence signals so you can make your own publishing decisions.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.

You may not share access in a way that bypasses seat, team, or authentication controls, attempt to interfere with another user’s workspace, or use the service in a manner that could harm platform stability or security.

3. X connection and third-party services

Some PostRadar features require you to connect an X account through OAuth. When you do that, you authorize PostRadar to access the scopes and account data that are needed for the connected workflow, such as profile details, publishing, account analytics, or metrics retrieval where available.

You remain responsible for complying with X rules, developer requirements, automation policies, rate limits, and content standards. If X changes its API, scopes, policies, limits, or availability, PostRadar features may change, degrade, or stop working without liability for that third-party disruption.

PostRadar also relies on other third-party hosting, infrastructure, browser, database, and delivery services. Those services may independently affect availability, timing, notification delivery, or data handling.

4. Drafts, publishing, and your content

You retain responsibility for the drafts, prompts, source material, hooks, hashtags, publishing decisions, and connected account actions initiated through PostRadar. PostRadar may store drafts, draft edits, approval states, queue states, monitor settings, and publishing history to provide the product.

You are responsible for reviewing generated or assisted content before publication. PostRadar does not independently verify the accuracy, legality, intellectual property status, or policy safety of every output, even when the product provides scoring, flags, or guidance.

Important: You may not use PostRadar to publish or schedule unlawful, deceptive, spammy, infringing, abusive, or platform-prohibited content.

5. Signals, analytics, and monitoring

Trend rankings, opportunity scores, timing windows, analytics, monitor alerts, monetization estimates, and related dashboards are provided for operational guidance. They are estimates based on current product logic, available platform data, and the quality of upstream third-party responses.

PostRadar may save monitor rules, last-evaluated signal state, alert history, notification preferences, and browser push subscriptions so that alerting and follow-up workflows survive refreshes, reboots, and future sessions.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use PostRadar to:

  • violate applicable law or third-party platform rules;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent sponsorship, origin, or identity;
  • scrape, probe, reverse engineer, or abuse the service beyond intended use;
  • submit malware, credential attacks, prompt injection attempts, or harmful automation;
  • use the product to facilitate spam, manipulation, harassment, or fraudulent activity;
  • attempt to bypass quotas, rate limits, safety controls, or account restrictions.

7. Availability and service changes

PostRadar may evolve rapidly. Features may be added, modified, paused, or removed, including beta functions such as monitor rules, notifications, automations, scoring systems, and generation workflows. Scheduled scans, installs, notifications, and third-party publishing actions may fail, delay, or be rate-limited.

If PostRadar later offers paid plans, subscriptions, or enterprise terms, the pricing and commercial terms shown at purchase will supplement these Terms.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, abused connected platforms, or used the product in a way that materially harms PostRadar, other users, or our providers.

You may stop using PostRadar at any time. Disconnecting your X account or stopping use does not automatically remove stored records that we reasonably retain for security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

9. Disclaimers and limits

PostRadar is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, continuous third-party API access, successful content generation, successful notification delivery, or guaranteed business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostRadar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, audience reach, business opportunity, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product changes. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of PostRadar after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
